Any service concern should be reported within 24 hours of service completion. EcoAmigos will review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution when the reported item falls within the approved scope.

A report does not automatically guarantee a refund or re-cleaning. The condition, approved scope, access, timing, documentation, and surrounding circumstances will be considered in good faith.
